It's that time of year again. The track is getting ready to close for the season and then the long 6 month wait for the next one. We are going to do another end of year Open Track Rental!
Here's the details. The date will be Sunday October 30th. The price is $130 a ticket. That racer ticket includes the driver and two crew members. Spectators tickets are available at 15$ each. Kids 12 and under are FREE!! You will need the ticket QR code (on your phone or printed) to enter. Racers and spectators, make sure you get your tickets online prior to the event. There will be a mandatory drivers meeting at approximately 8:30 at the Tech Booth to set the ground rules. You will need to pass Bandimere's tech inspection as well as follow their rules. This is their house so we will respect their wishes! There will be no alternate date. This event will be weather pending. As always if the rental is canceled prior to start you will receive your ticket refund in full from Ticketleap!
This will be a drag racing only event, no roll racing this time. The big money roll racers have rented the track the Friday before ours so we will just drag race all day!
The time will be as follows:
Gates open at 8:00 am on 10-30-2022
Track will be hot at 9:00am on 10-30-2022.
Track will shut down at 4:00pm.
We are limiting the rental to 100 cars and we expect those tickets to go quickly. This event’s rules are simple. All tires are welcome and you can race any lane! Prep will be at the Bandimere's discretion as they have been limited on track prep juice all season due to availability. We are making it that simple guys and gals, just a last day to beat on your vehicle and just have fun. As always the lines will be short unless cars have issues (that is beyond our control). Bandimere is the host for the event so their house rules preside. I will arrange to have a food truck on site if they are available as I'm not sure if the track facilities for food will be open. The fuel store will be available. Plan accordingly and I will update the food truck situation as soon as I can.
