Hey everyone, race season is fast approaching!!! E&S Promotions would like to invite you to attend our season opener Open Track Rental!
Here's the details. The date will be Sunday, April 2nd, 2023. The price is $130 a ticket. That racer ticket includes the driver and two crew members. Spectators tickets are available at $15 each. Kids 12 and under are FREE!! You will need the ticket QR code (on your phone or printed) to enter. Racers and spectators, make sure you get your tickets online prior to the event. There will be a mandatory drivers meeting at approximately 8:30 at the Tech Booth to set the ground rules. You will need to pass Bandimere's tech inspection as well as follow their rules. This is their house so we will respect their wishes! There will be no alternate date. This event will be weather pending. As always if the rental is canceled prior to start you will receive your ticket refund in full from Ticketleap!
This will be a drag racing only event, no roll racing this time. We will not be having Jr Dragsters at this event.
The time will be as follows:
Gates open at 8:00 am on 4-2-2023, track will be hot at 9:00 am on 4-2-23 and track will shut down at 4:00pm.
We are limiting the rental to 100 cars and we expect those tickets to go quickly. This event’s rules are simple. Any car, truck or motorcycle, fast or slow is welcome. Any tire is welcome however the left lane will be reserved for slicks and drag radials only. Bandimere is in charge of track prep and we will follow their rules and expertise on their property.
We will have a food truck on site all day for breakfast and lunch as Bandimere's facilities may not yet be open for food. Fuel store will be open for any fuel needs. Licensing I'm sure will be an option for those that need to do so. Nitrous filling will be available as well.
As always the lines will be short unless cars have issues (that is beyond our control). Bandimere is the host for the event so their house rules preside.
